Distributor Private Meeting Rooms

A limited number of private meeting rooms overlooking the show floor are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The rooms will have signage identifying each by New York City Street name only - they will not reference individual distributor names. For example, the booths will be named and signs will read “Lexington Avenue”, “Broadway”, “Madison Avenue” and so on. When inviting your clients, you can invite them to meet you in your assigned street name.

Each private meeting room will be set to meet your needs. Choose from a 6' table to display projects, high tops to mingle, or rounds to sit and enjoy lunch. A full lunch will be provided by SAAGNY!

  Standard Meeting Room: $1,000

Large Meeting Room: $1,250
