DISTRIBUTOR HOSPITALITY BOOTHS sold out!
A limited number of hospitality booths - 10' x 10' or 10' x 15' or 10' x 20' - on the perimeter of the show floor are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each booth will have 8’ tall white draped walls on the sides and back and a three foot baffled “doorway” to ensure your privacy. Reserve your hospitality booth today - once sold out, no more will be made available!
The hospitality booths will have signage identifying each by New York City street name only - they will not reference individual distributor names. For example, the booths will be named and signs will read “Lexington Avenue”, “Broadway”, “Madison Avenue” and so on. When inviting your clients, you can invite them to meet you in your assigned street name.
Each hospitality booth includes a semi-private space for you and your invited clients, an 8’ covered table, two white resin chairs and a New York City themed booth identification sign. Additional tables and chairs are available (see below). You may, at your discretion and expense, provide refreshments and/or promotional products to your invited clients. You may use any food service provider you desire. We recommend using the same caterer being used for the event as they will be on-site throughout the day to handle any challenges you may encounter. (You really don't need any food - we provide a gourmet buffet lunch to all attendees!)
