Planting Seeds for a Fall Harvest
Virtuals, samples and spec samples are a proactive way to "touch" your clients, offering ideas/concepts to stay top of mind for future and current projects/needs.
It's not about you! Avoid guessing what your client will like/not like, and show them what's trending regardless of how you feel about the item - most people want to be "in the know" what's selling and which products are hot/new.
example: Trucker cap to leading nationwide law firm - loved idea as a great way to target on campus recruitment, interns and young staff. Cool factor for a formatlistic firm :)

Brewport's building was constructed in the late 1940’s as the central distribution point for all the out of town newspapers in Fairfield County. The main dining area, bar, pizza kitchen, and brewing areas received newspapers twice daily hot off the presses in New Haven, Waterbury, Hartford, New York and Boston. (Back then, many papers came out twice a day) The fresh newspapers were unbundled, folded, counted, re-bundled and shipped to newspaper boys and girls and stores and vending machines around the state. The metal rolling tables are the old newspaper folding tables. All the woodwork in the building is salvaged paneling from the various offices. Our Menus and other supplies are displayed in the old newspaper vending machines. The Bar rails are made from the original steam pipes that heated the building and the basement has remnants of the old coal bins for the steam boilers. (You can even find vestiges of the commercial green paint on the walls.) The vast entertainment space was an addition called the “book room.” The book room was where non-daily periodicals like comic books, Time & Life magazines puzzle books and some paper back novels were stored.

With its debut on July 7, 2001, Wild Turkey became the Crystal Spring Resort’s second Roger Rulewich design -- an outstanding encore to Rulewich’s award-winning Ballyowen. Located adjacent to Crystal Springs Golf Club, Wild Turkey’s topography is best described as “basin & ridge”. The layout’s two distinct terrain types combine the sheer expansiveness of Ballyowen with the rugged, multi-elevated nature of Crystal Springs. While it may be easy to classify Wild Turkey as a combination of its two sister courses, Wild Turkey stands on its own merit as a uniquely designed golf course, named one of NJ's Top New Public Courses by NJGCOA.
Black Bear opened in July of 1996 and has enjoyed tremendous popularity ever since. Boasting a 6,673-yard layout co-designed by famed developer Jack Kurlander, Black Bear offers you an inviting diversity of terrain, scenery, and shot selections.

Seth Barnett, AIM
Throughout my career I have been asked to define an organization's workplace culture on several occasions so as to better understand the intricacies of why the culture exists the way that it does. The theory here is that culture defines success and success is the metric of a working culture. I have come to the conclusion that culture, as a whole, is impossible to define and, in addition, should not be defined in a traditional sense. This is because to define a work environment's culture is to inevitably leave members of the organization left out. We work in the most dynamic and diverse environments in history. Still, culture and having “good corporate culture” is important to business growth and development.
Culture can be viewed through three unique lenses, corporate culture, also known as dominant culture, orthogonal culture or a culture that is non-confrontational to the previous, and the feared counterculture. But how are these seen in our business and how do we properly integrate each?
Through this presentation we will examine what is the new definition of workplace culture and look at models that work to not only define, but integrate a culture that works for everyone, all generations, all skillsets, and all ambition levels.
