Parking Lot Rules

Join us on Tax Day as we set up camp in Crown Plaza’s parking lot.

• Exhibitors can bring your own tents, tables, swag, and sunscreen and get ready to greet distributors in an outdoor venue.  Exhibitors will be spaced in every other parking spot. No tables or chairs will be provided.
• Please save your hugs and stay a safe distance of 6-feet apart.
  
• Spread promo not germs – use hand sanitizer.
  
• Please refrain from hugs, high fives, handshakes feel free to give air hugs and elbow pumps.
  
• SAAGNY is taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy and following all recommended protocols.
  
• Masks are required at all times.
  
• Health screening onsite shall consist of questions regarding current or recent COVID19 symptoms (e.g., temperature in excess of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit), close or proximate contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case(s), recent positive COVID-19 test result(s), and compliance with State’s current restrictions.
